All prices are listed in Australian Dollars.Pencil Grips Plus is a GST exempt company and therefore all prices are exempt of GST. Pencil Grips Plus reserves the right to change prices without notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pencil Grips Plus accepts the following forms of payment:
Credit Card via PAYPAL: You do not need to have an account with PAYPAL to pay via credit card. It is very easy and secure and this payment method is instant.
Please contact us directly if you wish to make payment via direct debit, money order or cheque. Please note that when paying by these methods goods can only be dispatched when deposits/cheque/money orders have been cleared. Notification that we have received your payment will then be sent in the form of a payment confirmation email.
Can we be a distributor of your products?
Yes. Please contact us via email on enquiries@pencilgripsplus.com.au or phone on 0414 367 391.
We do offer discount prices for businesses interested in being a distributor for us.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
From time to time, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will contact you immediately and notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or we can back-order your item. In the event that more than one item is ordered, the items in-stock will be dispatched to you, and the back-ordered item(s) shipped once we have received them, at our own expense. Please note: we will not back-order on sale, discounted, or discontinued items.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, you may return/exchange the item/s under the following conditions:
1. All product(s) must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
2. The product(s) must be as new, i.e.: unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
3. Call 0414 3673 91 or email Pencil Grips Plus with the following details at hand: Your Name, Invoice Number, Product Name, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.
4. You will then be given authorization details for the return.
5. Post the product(s) via a trackable method.
Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is considered faulty.
Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
What are the normal delivery times within Australia?
At Pencil Grips Plus we value our customers and strive to have orders packaged and sent within 24 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We ship all orders via Australia Post Registered Mail. Due to this a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is at home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be taken to your nearest post office and will await your collection. A card will be left at your premises informing you of the situation.
Please allow 3-5 days for Australia Post Registered Mail deliveries. Remote destinations may take slightly longer.
** Please note we will always do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time but we are not responsible for any delays in delivery once items have left our warehouse, however we will do our utmost to locate the items. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 14 days of our shipment confirmation email.
Do you have an urgent delivery service?
Yes. For overnight deliveries Express Post is available for orders delivered within Australia only. Australia Post guarantee next day delivery to most areas. The guarantee is not applicable in remote areas and covers the cost of postage only.

What are the postage and handling costs within Australia?
Our postage and handling costs are based on the value of your order.

Your shipping costs are shown at the check out. You can proceed through the checkout to confirm postage costs without placing your order. The very last order process is to confirm or decline placement of your order.
Do you deliver overseas?
Postage for orders outside Australia needs to be calculated separately based on Australia Post rates. For this reason the checkout process allows us to receive your order without taking payment details. We will e-mail you with the cost of shipping for approval. Upon your confirmation we will contact you to arrange payment. Please feel free to e-mail or call to enquire.
